I have a lot of experience designing and installing Linux-based networks and working with Unix systems in general. Plus, I've done a substatial amount of work in test scripting and build automation.

Incidentally, I wrote a minor freeware Linux kernel development aid call2sym. I've also contributed to free software projects like a2ps, mutt, and SCO skunkware.

Linux has been running on my desktop systems since version .99.1.
