A restaurant in downtown Deer Lodge. This is an example of the general decay of the town - you can see that this structure was originally the 'Grant Hotel'. A series of establishments were located here while I was growing up - a pizza parlor, an army-navy store, and a dry cleaners, to name a few.
All of those businesses are gone and now the only tenant is a very low end restaurant. It's probably gone by now too, for all I know (this picture was taken in 1999).
